Edward Bauman, M.Ed., Ph.D.
Edward is the Director of Institute of Educational Therapy and a leader in
the field of nutrition and holistic health promotion. Edward has a Masters
in Education from the University of Massachusetts, and a Ph.D. in Health
Promotion from the University of New Mexico, with original research on
Breast Cancer prevention. Ed has been a nutrition educator, practitioner and
director of the Berkeley Holistic Health Center & Heartwood College Wellness
Clinic: Co-editor of the Holistic Health Handbook and Holistic Health
Lifebook, and author of Confronting Cancer in Our Community and the Eating
for Health Cookbook.. Ed is currently clinical director of Nutrition
Consultant Training Program, Culinary Arts Program, and the Partners in
Health in Cotati, CA. Ed is involved in administration, teacher training,
and curriculum development of the program at IET.
