James Zhou, PhD., was trained by Chinese Taoists in herbal medicine, Qi Gong, Tai Qi, Kung Fu, acupuncture and acupressure. He holds a Ph.D. in genetics and biochemistry, is a faculty member in pharmacology at the Yale University School of Medicine, and the founder of Wallingford, Connecticut-based Herbasway Laboratories.
