Dr. Beverly Kune has over 15-years experience working as a mind-body therapist, and is currently in private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), she combines and integrates a wide variety of modalities and approaches into her work catalyzing the body-mind's innate healing abilities. She is certified as an Iridologist through the National Iridology Research Association (NIRA), as an Educational Kinesiology instructor through the Edu-Kinesthetics Foundation, and as an Educational Therapist through the state of California. She is also affiliated with the Hypnotherapy Clinic and Milton Erickson Institute of New Mexico. Dr. Kune is the Dean of the College of Body/Mind Integrative Studies at the University of Natural Medicine, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Larry J. Milam, Ph.D., B.S., H.M.D.

Since 2002, Dr. Milam became President of the University of Natural Medicine, Santa Fe, New Mexico and he also plays an active faculty role in teaching nutrition and clinical biochemistry courses.

Dr. Milam has been a formulator and manufacturer of nutritional products for the past 25 years. Many of his unique products are distributed throughout the world to over 60,000 doctors and professionals. Dr. Milam is the author of three books, "Power Plant Enzymes for Vitality, Digestion and Radiant Health", "Homeopathy, A Natural Medicine, Where the Minimum Dose Equals the Maximum Results", "Cancer-What Your Body is Dying to Tell You". His home study course on nutrition is offered in 15 countries. He is the founder of "A Day with the Doctor" - A health and wellness seminar that is offered throughout the United States, Europe, and Russia, He is regularly featured n several Radio and Television shows regarding Health and Wellness topics.

Deanna Minich, Ph.D., C.N.
Doctorate in Medical Sciences, Certified Nutritionist
Dr. Deanna Minich is a certified nutritionist (C.N.) by the Washington Department of Health and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (C.N.S.) through the American College of Nutrition. She was elected Fellow of the American College of Nutrition in 2001 and is a member of various nutrition organizations such as the American Society for Nutrition Science.

Dr. Minich developed her expertise in the nutrition field over the past thirteen years by serving in the food, medical food, and dietary supplement industries and by counseling patients in private practice using functional medicine concepts. Her academic path has been focused on human biology, metabolism, and nutrition.

Her academic training has been complemented by her in-depth study of East Indian philosophy and spirituality. In addition to intuitive assessment, Dr. Minich is trained in Reiki, has been instructed in the Shamanistic tradition, and uses the tools of emotional release work through the Grief Recovery Institute.

Dr. Minich lives in Port Orchard, Washington. She has a private practice and spends her time consulting, writing, and presenting her unique system of food-chakra integration.

David J. Pesek, Ph.D.

Dr. David Pesek holds five degrees, including Ph.D.'s in Psychology and Iridology. He is a licensed Clinical Nutritionist and a member of Iridologists International, an honorary association. He is also a Psychotherapist and a member of PSI CHI, the National Honor Society in Psychology. He has studied various teachings of Iridology from around the world, and has developed his own, truly holistic system of Iridology. Dr. Pesek is the first American iridologist ever invited to speak at the prestigious International Course for Irisdiagnosis in Germany. He is a Founding Director of the Center for Effective Living(r) and offers over 22 years of clinical experience in natural forms of health care. Dr. Pesek is the President of the International Institute of Iridology

Ms. Robert has studied Holistic Medicine for over 25 years and specializes in Colon Hydrotherapy; encompassing being licensed as a therapist, instructor, and owner of an internal wellness centers. She is the lead instructor of the Internal Wellness and Colonhydrotherapy Program for the University of Natural Medicine, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and all Lesson Plans are I-ACT approved. Ms. Robert was born in Montreal, Quebec province Canada.

Jeanne Rose, B.A.
San Jose State University

Jeanne Rose is Founder and President of the Institute of Aromatic & Herbal Studies, which she established in 1988. Following graduation with a BA in Zoology and Marine Biology from San Jose State University, she continued her education at the University of Miami Marine laboratory with the study of Marine Ecology. Ms. Rose continued her studies working for the University of Florida Agricultural Experiments Stations as a research assistant in entomology. She has continued to upgrade her studies with classes in Chinese medicine, Natural Health, Hawaiian Cultural Studies, Organic Chemistry and the Chemistry of Natural Products and has a life long commitment to learning and studying health and complementary practices for healing.

Jeanne Rose has taught at the California School of Herbal Studies and is on the faculty at COBHA(College of Botanical Healing and Aromatherapy). Jeanne Rose is the Executive Director of the Aromatic Plant Project and past-President of the National Association for Health and Aromatherapy (NAHA). She also acts as a Consultant in Aromatherapy, in the SPA industry and in herbal medicine both nationally and internationally. Finally, Ms. Rose has published over 20 books in herbalism and in aromatherapy throughout the world including the three-volume Herbal Studies Course and the Advance Studies in Aromatherapy. Her articles and writing has appeared in many publications since 1969.

Todd Rowe MD, MD (H), CCH, DHt, Director, Desert Institute of Classical Homeopathy, Phoenix, Arizona
Dr. Todd Rowe has practiced homeopathic medicine for 20 years. He earned his doctorate of Medicine at Rush Medical School, Chicago, Illinois, and completed his psychiatric training at the University of Vermont. He graduated from the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in Albany, California, and is a licensed homeopathic physician in Arizona. Dr. Rowe teaches extensively and has written several books on classical homeopathic education including Homeopathic Methodology and the Homeopathic Journey. He is the past-president of the National Center for Homeopathy and serves on the Board of Directors for the Council for Homeopathic Education. He is the director of the Desert Institute of Classical Homeopathy, director of the Desert Institute School of Classical Homeopathy and director of the Society for the Establishment of Research in Classical Homeopathy.
